The message of this angel, the fourth angel's message, accompanied by the outpouring of the Latter Rain, represents God's final warning to the inhabitants of a planet destined for destruction. Yet at the same time, the message offers hope, a means of escape for all people that heed the Divine invitation to come out of Babylon.
