The stockholders will be amply protected by the assets of the Company. In addition to this will be the insurance of on Mr. Watson's life - said Insurance being payable to our publishing com pany, in trust for the stockholders. The minimum working capital of which is the amount of stock we are now offering for sale, is to be devoted to the expansion of our business along lines that we know by four years' test to be profitable.
