Insertions effected by the Reform Act are identified by underline; deletions are identified by strike through. The code sections set forth herein are current through Nov. 26, 2006 (Public Law 109-374). On August 22, 2005, the Committee on Rules of Practice approved Interim Bankruptcy Rules for adoption by the local bankruptcy courts. On or about October 14, 2005 and October 1, 2006, the Committee approved revisions to the Interim Rules. On December 1, 2006, amendments to the following Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure took effect: Bankruptcy Rules 1009, 5005, and 7004.
