Meditation is essentially the coordination of two states of consciousness with each other: waking consciousness + subconscious = dream journey. waking consciousness + deep sleep = silent meditation waking consciousness + ecstasy = one-pointedness waking consciousness + collective subconsciousness = invocation There are also (for advanced practitioners) combinations of multiple consciousnesses, such as in mandala meditation. There is also the opposite of coordination, i.e. the disruption of the integrity of consciousness as in sleepwalking, trauma, hypnosis, etc. In meditation there are a variety of tools such as words (mantras), imaginations, postures (asanas, mudras and others), breathing rhythms, symbols and so on. There are also different dynamics such as associations, analogies, identifications and the like. This results in a multitude of possible meditations and a colorful variety of possible experiences such as meeting one's own power animal, one's own soul or a deity. Nevertheless, the main features of meditation can be traced back to a few simple basic structures.

Since about 1985, crop circles have become a more well-known phenomenon. In the meantime, about 10,000 crop circles have appeared in more than 50 countries. However, well over half of them come from southern England in the area of Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Silbury Hill, White Horse and other prehistoric monuments. Some of them can be proved to have been made by humans, but others just as certainly have not been made by humans - this is not the starting situation one would wish for as a researcher ... In the present book 300 of these crop circles are examined more closely. It turns out that they contain approx. 100 elements which appear in many crop circles. Their geometrical form has an easily recognizable meaning. Therefore, with the help of these "words", the crop circles composed of them can be read like "sentences". The meaning is almost always the same: a representation of how individuality unfolds. Therefore, there are many similarities with astrology or the chakra system, for example. This analytical approach is complemented by 50 dream journeys into individual crop circles, which makes the picture that arises from the analytical observation of the crop circles even more rounded. Thereby a first impression can be gained of the language of the collective subconsciousness - which words and which grammar it uses: It is a "music of geometry".

Numbers are often seen as symbols - but number symbolism is often quite fuzzy ... Moreover, it often invites one to lose touch with reality a bit and get into the fog of relationship madness. However, on closer examination, the symbolism of numbers can be described quite precisely. It is important to distinguish between four types of symbolism: 1. the natural symbolism of the numbers like e.g. the complementary opposite of the "2", which is found among other things with the two poles of the electro-magnetic force or as Yin and Yang; 2. the traditional-mythological symbolism of the numbers, which can be explained historically like e.g. the association of the "9" with the otherworld; 3. the number symbolism that results from a system, such as the "7" for Venus from the association of Venus with the 7th Sephirah ("Netzach") on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life; and 4. symbolism based on individual associations such as to one's birth date. If these four types of number symbolism are kept clearly separate, the observance of numbers can be quite helpful and enriching - in omens and oracles, in magic, and even in research.
