Abstract:Children are direct stakeholder in, and are most directly affected by the child protection system. International conventions, enshrined in local policy and legislation, affirm the rights of children to be heard in matters that affect them, and for that opinion to be taken into account. Children's views on the protection methods they are involved in should therefore be taken into account. This paper reports the results of a scoping review to discover research in relation to children's views about child protection services in which they are involved.
