The Tubac Golf Resort & Spa is situated on the site of the historical Otero Land Grant, the location of Arizona's first recorded title to land. Photos were taken at the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa of areas where some of the unexplained events allegedly occurred, including photo enhanced video screen captures of actual resort staff interviews. Photos were taken by the author. A brief relevant history of the Otero Land Grant property is included. Each chapter also contains a brief historical synopsis to give context to the chapter. The last chapter of the book is an account by a resort staff person who has the "Don," the ability to see and interact with spirits.
