Book Description
Have you ever felt alone in your journey on this earth? Have you questioned your purpose and wondered if your life truly mattered? God’s Triumphant Love: Fall in Love With Jesus All Over Again! is about the love relationship between God the Father, Jesus, and Lucifer; the fall; and God’s love for His children. Beginning with an epic heavenly battle and ending with the triumphant justice of God, the drama of the great controversy unfolds in living color more immense and intense than any two-hour film could ever contain. At the heart of the saga lies God’s affection for His children, from the first humans created by His own hands to those who witness His promised second coming. This is the story of our universe, our history on earth, and most importantly, our Creator and His undying care for us. As you read this epic account, you will find that all life’s questions are fully answered in one phrase—God’s triumphant love. “This book is very well written and follows the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy closely. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the extra dialog in the section on Adam and Eve. Excellent.” Dr. William Shea, Retiree, Biblical Research Institute “God’s Triumphant Love presents the great controversy in a most beautiful way. I was touched by Carol’s depiction of the love between the Father and the Son, their love and sacrifice for fallen man. I am confident that the reader will find the book deeply moving in a way that they have not experienced before.” Richard O’Ffill, Revivalist, Author

Book Description
"This scientific-historical biography explores the influences that shaped the spirituality of Amy Carmichael of Dohnavur. J. (Hans) Kommers investigates the historical background of Amy's childhood in Millisle and Belfast and provides new and more scholarly information than existing biographies. He researched a variety of Keswick-related literature in order to provide a fuller picture of Amy's connection with the Keswick Convention and their teaching. The descriptions of the life of the millworkers in Belfast, the happenings on the worldwide stage and Victorian missionary work and methods round out the picture to give the reader a greater understanding of Amy Carmichael. These new facts are most enlightening." --Dr Jackuelin Woolcock MB BChir MRCP (Lond), Director Dohnavur Fellowship Corporation, Shoreham by Sea, UK, and Doctor in Dohnavur India 1969-1987 "Triumphant Love: The Contextual, Creative and Strategic Missionary Work of Amy Beatrice Carmichael in South India provides the msot extensive biography thus far of Amy Carmichael (1867-1951), a major figure on the missionary landscape of the late 19th and the first half of the 20th century. She is seen by some as the Protestant mother Teresa (both women worked in India and devoted all of their time and energy to the poor). The book is very well researched. The author states that the purpose of the extensive research he undertook 'was to get a closer and clearer picture of Amy Carmichael as the founder off the Dohnavur Fellowship.' Also, he wanted 'to give a balanced account of her dealings with people and especially her life with God.' He does this. It provides the most comprehensive picture of this remarkable woman. It is the definitive source of reference. J. (Hans) Kommers's view of the life of Amy Carmichael is that of a fellow evangelical. He explains that not only Amy, but many missionaries of her time were inspired by the ideal that all people should have the opportunity to hear of Christ's salvation. According to him, her inspirational work is still relevant today." --Prof. Dr Gijsbert van den Brink, URC Professor for Theology and Science, Faculty of Theology, Free University Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Book Description
Christians know church is important, but sometimes it doesn't seem worth it. An eclectic assortment of people with differing personalities, political views, and parenting styles can make for awkward interactions and difficult connections. What’s the point of putting in the tough work to build relationships? But the Bible says God’s people ought to be bound together. It uses words like beloved, brothers and sisters, saints, and fellow laborers to describe their mutual relationship in the church. In this book, Megan Hill answers a common question of churchgoers: What’s so great about the church? With rich theology, practical direction, and study questions for group use, Hill encourages and equips both first-time visitors and regular members to delight in being a part of the local church—no matter how messy and ordinary it seems today. It is only when God’s people begin to see one another as the Lord sees them that they will truly find a place to belong.

Book Description
A much neglected field of study has been opened by the research of the author into the history of the Christian church from its apostolic origins to the close of the eighteenth century. Taking as his thesis the prominence given to the Church in the Wilderness in Bible prophecy, and the fact that “‘the Church in the Wilderness,’ and not the proud hierarchy enthroned in the world’s great capital, was the true church of Christ,” he has spent years developing this subject. In its present form, Truth Triumphant represents much arduous research in the libraries of Europe as well as in America. Excellent ancient sources are most difficult to obtain, but the author has been successful in gaining access to many of them. To crystallize the subject matter and make the historical facts live in modem times, the author also made extensive travels throughout Europe and Asia. The doctrines of the primitive Christian church spread to Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. As grains of a mustard seed they lodged in the hearts of many Godly souls in southern France and northern Italy — people known as the Albigenses and the Waldenses. The faith of Jesus was valiantly upheld by the Church of the East. This term, as used by the author, not only includes the Syrian and Assyrian Churches, but is also the term applied to the development of apostolic Christianity throughout the lands of the East. The spirit of Christ, burning in the hearts of loyal men who would not compromise with paganism, sent them forth as missionaries to lands afar. Patrick, Columbanus, Marcos, and a host of others were missionaries to distant lands. They braved the ignorance of the barbarian, the intolerance of the apostate church leaders, and the persecution of the state in order that they might win souls to God. To unfold the dangers that were ever present in the conflict of the true church against error, to reveal the sinister working of evil and the divine strength by which men of God made truth triumphant, to challenge the Remnant Church today in its final controversy against the powers of evil, and to show the holy, unchanging message of the Bible as it has been preserved for t hose who will “fear God, and keep His commandments” — these are the sincere aims of the author as he presents this book to those who know the truth. Book Description
Our understanding of the love of God has been tragically distorted. The comfortable, sentimentalized version we commonly encounter today is far from the biblical depiction of God's love. Featuring contributions from well-known evangelical scholars, this multi-disciplinary study presents the biblical view of the love of God from the perspectives of systematic theology, biblical theology, apologetics, pastoral theology, and ethics. The contributors—including D. A. Carson, Andreas J. Köstenberger, Raymond C. Ortlund Jr., Robert L. Plummer, and many others—address a variety of issues related to how God's love is expressed in the Old and New Testaments, the Trinity, apologetics, Christian living, social justice, and more. This addition to the Theology in Community series will promote clear, sound thinking about what Scripture means when it declares that "God is love." Part of the Theology in Community series.
