Excerpt from Cuba the Pearl of the Antilles Undoubtedly the reader is familiar with the fact that there ewists a surprisingly large number of books on the subject of foreign trade which devote three fourths of their space to use less generalities and the giving of advice on the subject, of such a character as the business man, who uses sound judgment, does not need, and which, for anyone not gifted with common sense, is useless.
