And thereby fetting the whole pallage in a proper light. I am forry thatxwhat was hinted on the fubjeet, lhould have given this worthy Gentleman any diltur bance; which therefore, after his own example, I have l'truck out; and heartily with, that we could come to as good an agreement on another point, viz. The future condition of the generality of bea tbens; whom he {till (uppofes to be lefi for tbe fiate of deatb, jo as never more to rife, to happi nefi at lea/l, p. 3 1. Whereas, I would have them left indeed to the uncovenanted mercies of our common Father, without any certain title to im mortality; (which I had been endeavouring to prove from feveral fuch paffages as he there mentions, viz. Pf cxv. 17. And p. 11. 12.
