Humans who ran got culled. Humans who got culled never came back. Jet is a 19-year-old skag, one of the humans still living free on Earth following an invasion of creatures called the Nirreth. Squatting in the ruins of Vancouver, Jet and her family eke out an existence underground, hiding from culler ships and fighting off raiding humans. No one knows where the alien ships take the people they steal, but they never, ever return. When a culler finds Jet, she knows she's dead... destined to be eaten or enslaved by the creatures that stole her planet and wiped out most of her race. But what if none of the stories Jet grew up hearing turn out to be true? When she arrives at one of the Nirreth's infamous "Green Zones," a place she's feared her whole life, Jet discovers a world both brutal and beautiful, with beings not so different from herself. Worse, the real enemies here may not be the Nirreth at all, but members of her own kind. AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is Part I in the now-complete Alien Apocalypse series. Book Description
Humanity’s endgame was only the beginning for me. Aliens ended life as we know it on Earth. Not on purpose I should add, though that didn’t matter to the billions who died. But it turned out, in some respects, surviving was even worse. My family used to say good thing I was pretty. In case you were wondering, it didn’t help when the end of the world arrived. Alone, and afraid, somehow, I managed to hold on. Foraging for supplies. Eking out a hidden existence. Avoiding the mutants that emerged after the alien plague. I’d resigned myself to dying alone, which was when I literally fell into Xavion’s arms. And I managed to find love in the apocalypse. genre: apocalypse romance, end of the world romance, action and adventure romance, first contact, alien invasion, futuristic romance

Book Description
There he was in his sailboat in the middle of the Atlantic, all alone and loving it. Well, there was a US Navy carrier group on his southern horizon, but he was a Navy guy himself, so he didn't mind. Then came the UFOs, hurtling in from the Outer Black to overfly the carriers at Mach 17. Their impossible aerobatics were bad enough¾but then they started shooting at each other. And at the Navy. With nukes. Little ones at first, but winding up with a 500 megatonner at 90 miles that fried every piece of electronics within line-of-sight. Richard Ashton thought he was just a ringside observer to these now over-the-horizon events. Until the crippled alien lifeboat came drifting down and homed in on his sailboat; suddenly he has his hands full of an unconscious, critically wounded and impossibly human alien warrior who also happens to be a gorgeous female. That's when things got interesting. At the publisher's request, this title is sold without DRM (Digital Rights Management). "... a particular delight, offering nonstop action that's both well executed and emotionally satisfying." ¾Publishers Weekly "It's a rollicking fun tale that's impossible to put down." ¾Philadelphia Weekly Press "... the best work (Weber] has done ... the rewards are ample ... recommended...." ¾Starlog

Book Description
When hungry aliens begin their 'rain' of terror, break out the umbrellas--the aliens can't eat you with an umbrella shoved in their huge mouths. Looking for yummy human tenders, Admiral Nact-bauk invades the local school. Zack and Zoey lead the counterattack armed with rulers, protractors, and dodge balls. They might have a chance, if Nact-bauk didn't gulp down the only teacher brave enough to stand up to him. Even worse, he forces Zoey onboard the alien vessel for dinner--along with a bucket of honey-mustard sauce. Zack will do just about anything to save her. If Principal Blathers won't help, Zack sees no choice but to 'borrow' the principal's car. Chasing the alien saucers, he meets up with a wrinkly WWII hero who thinks he knows the alien's weakness: electric toothbrushes. Wielding only umbrellas and battery-powered dental weapons, things look grim. Even if the pair manage to rescue Zoey, there's the small matter of escaping a spacecraft flying at over two hundred miles an hour. Can you say, Jetpacks? Zack & Zoey's Alien Apocalypse is approximately 17,000 words (similar in length to Diary of a Wimpy Kid) and contains no cursing or strong language.

Book Description
A new Nirreth prince has risen, and he wants all the humans dead. In the fourth and final chapter of the ALIEN APOCALYPSE series, Jet Tetsuo, famous "Samurai" of the Rings, returns to Earth in chains, now the property of her worst enemy, her friends scattered, on the run or dead. A new Nirreth Prince has usurped the throne, a fanatic determined to bring back the "old ways," when Nirreth ate humans, murdered them for sport, and raped them with impunity. That same prince gifted Jet to Ringmaster Trazen, as a reward for helping him take the throne. It might be easier if Jet could just hate her new owner. If Trazen beat her or mistreated her... or heck, would even just talk to her. But far from giving her more insight into Trazen's mind, living with the Ringmaster only reveals him to be a bigger enigma than before. When the new prince announces his intention to annihilate most of the human race, Jet must decide just how far she's willing to go to stop him. With the lives of both races in the balance, she might have to trust the very people she swore she'd never trust... or risk losing everyone she's ever cared about. * Praise for THE ALIEN APOCALYPSE SERIES: "SO looking forward to the rest of the series, you have me totally hooked and craving more..." ~ Shannon Mayer, USA Today bestselling author "A must-read for sci-fi enthusiasts!" ~ The Masquerade Crew "Protagonists and antagonists are never simplistic - they have personal agendas and, as a reader, I can never quite predict what will happen..." ~ SM Johnson, author of the DeVante series "[A] detailed world with plenty of action, mystery, and a strong yet believable young female protagonist..." ~ Tamela Viglione, award-winning author of Buck * THE REBELLION is the fourth book in the ALIEN APOCALYPSE series by USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author, JC Andrijeski. Book Description
In the second century, Platonist and Judeo-Christian thought were sufficiently friendly that a Greek philosopher could declare, "What is Plato but Moses speaking Greek?" Four hundred years later, a Christian emperor had ended the public teaching of subversive Platonic thought. When and how did this philosophical rupture occur? Dylan M. Burns argues that the fundamental break occurred in Rome, ca. 263, in the circle of the great mystic Plotinus, author of the Enneads. Groups of controversial Christian metaphysicians called Gnostics ("knowers") frequented his seminars, disputed his views, and then disappeared from the history of philosophy—until the 1945 discovery, at Nag Hammadi, Egypt, of codices containing Gnostic literature, including versions of the books circulated by Plotinus's Christian opponents. Blending state-of-the-art Greek metaphysics and ecstatic Jewish mysticism, these texts describe techniques for entering celestial realms, participating in the angelic liturgy, confronting the transcendent God, and even becoming a divine being oneself. They also describe the revelation of an alien God to his elect, a race of "foreigners" under the protection of the patriarch Seth, whose interventions will ultimately culminate in the end of the world. Apocalypse of the Alien God proposes a radical interpretation of these long-lost apocalypses, placing them firmly in the context of Judeo-Christian authorship rather than ascribing them to a pagan offshoot of Gnosticism. According to Burns, this Sethian literature emerged along the fault lines between Judaism and Christianity, drew on traditions known to scholars from the Dead Sea Scrolls and Enochic texts, and ultimately catalyzed the rivalry of Platonism with Christianity. Plunging the reader into the culture wars and classrooms of the high Empire, Apocalypse of the Alien God offers the most concrete social and historical description available of any group of Gnostic Christians as it explores the intersections of ancient Judaism, Christianity, Hellenism, myth, and philosophy.
