Excerpt from Studies in the Psalms The present volume is published in accordance with the wish expressed by Dr. Driver, shortly before his death, that I should bring together and edit his scattered studies on the Psalms. He expressly mentioned the articles entitled 'The Method of Studying the Psalter, ' which appeared in the Expository January-July, 1910, the article on the Prayer Book Version of the Psalter which he contributed to the Prayer Book Dictionary, and the sermon (hitherto unpublished) on the 'Imprecatory' Psalm cix.
