While automation has benefits such as increased efficiency and scalability, it also raises questions about accountability, prejudice, and the declining role of human judgment. Delegating decision-making to AI systems may result in a loss of control over outcomes with significant personal, social, and ethical ramifications. Bias and discrimination are serious worries about AI's impact on human agency. AI algorithms are trained on large datasets that may contain societal biases.
