Cleveland Reads, the Greater Cleveland Literacy Coalition, acts as a primary literacy resource for more than 130 youth and adult education programs. It works beyond the boundaries of any one literacy organization to strengthen and enhance literacy efforts in Greater Cleveland by linking learners to programs; recruiting, training and referring literacy volunteers; promoting best practices; and creating literacy awareness. Central to all services is the Literacy Hotline, 216-436-2222.
